While working on #3616, I opened the ticket SERVICE-178721 asking for support on VPN connectivity issues, seems like we need to find a good maintenance window for:

In addition to that, I noticed your firewall is running an outdated OS software which could explain the issue experienced. I would highly recommend an upgrade to a more recent and stable OS release. If you want I can assist you with that, uploading a new image to your firewall. To finish the upgrade, a reboot is required and I can also assist you scheduling and performing the final reboot if you want. Just let me know the best time (including the timezone) we can do it.

I assume that we want to wait until #3616 is concluded, so we avoid any issue related to the VMs
