Acceptance of Terms

By using Synkra AIOX ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

License

Synkra AIOX is released under the MIT License. See the LICENSE file for the full license text.

You MAY:

Trademark Usage Guidelines

You MAY:

  • Refer to the project by name for identification purposes
  • Use the name in documentation when describing compatibility
  • Use the name in blog posts, articles, or reviews

You may NOT:

  • Use trademarks in product names without permission
  • Modify or alter the logos
  • Use trademarks in a way suggesting endorsement
  • Register similar trademarks

Third-Party Dependencies

Synkra AIOX includes third-party open-source components. Each component is subject to its own license terms:

  • See package.json for a list of dependencies
  • Run npm ls to view the complete dependency tree
  • Third-party licenses are preserved in node_modules/

AI-Generated Content

When using AI providers (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) through Synkra AIOX:

  1. User Responsibility: You are responsible for content generated
  2. Provider Terms: AI interactions are subject to provider terms of service
  3. No Guarantee: AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or safe
  4. Review Required: Always review AI-generated code before use

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:

  1. Good Faith Discussion: Initial attempt at informal resolution
  2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails
  3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration in Delaware, USA
  4. Legal Action: As a last resort, in courts of Delaware

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be:

  • Effective immediately upon posting
  • Documented in the CHANGELOG
  • Communicated through release notes

Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the LICENSE, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between you and SynkraAI Inc. regarding use of Synkra AIOX.
