How to bridge F Prime to Python Components and other Python code.

Rationale

Python in F Prime would allow for

• Machine Learning models to run
• Integration of existing python code from other applications/projects
• Ease of prototype development
• Further expansion of F Prime into open source community

Of course, the F′ team did have some ideas of other implementations, I was bridging off @LeStarch early work. One suggestion I remember was using SWIG so that you could have F′ in any language you'd choose! Depends on how JPL feels about STL wrappers.
