Description with steps to reproduce

1. Create a score with multiple instruments, with a 5-staff-line instrument on top and a single-staff-line percussion instrument below.
2. Place a bracket around all staves.
3. Hide the first instrument.
   Expectation: measure numbers make way for the brackets.
   Reality: the measure numbers collide with the brackets.
