exports NumberUtils so it can now be used by the driver.

What is the motivation for this change?

Release Highlight

NumberUtils is now exported in the library

BSON maintains a set of utilities for reading to and from buffers of bytes. This module is now exported from the BSON package.

import { NumberUtils } from 'bson';

Note

NumberUtils is experimental and may change at any time.
