Add energy-dependent vertex functions with mass-dependent form factors

Problem

Currently, vertex functions in the decay model lack energy dependence and mass-dependent form factors.
One has to put everything to Xlineshape. It's not convenient to redefine the decay chain for different k, e.g. for a symmetric particles. One also has to update the Xlineshape.
