[download][error] 'data:' URLs are not supported/enabled

website is everia from this case,
the actual gallery can be downloaded normally, so the priority is low and the damage is minimum,
just out of nowhere, recently, this started popping up, with a repeating message for each individual image download as the following:
"[download][error] Failed to download data:image/svg+xml,"

by the way, how can me a normal user help with this whether to self code or self debug while referring/referencing to official docs,
because typing data in discussion, issues, configuration document gives nothing relatable, and by looking at the content of the error message, I assume it is rather a straight-forward fix, the download module is picking up things not relating to the actual gallery, that is pretty much it.
