Mangadex, the language selection for Brazilian Portuguese or Spanish is not working, with -o "lang=pt"

I tried with several mangas, and switching between pt or br, in addition I also tested modifying a config.json switching between these 2 languages but they still didn't work (meanwhile, I also tested the languages en, ru, id which worked for the two methods mentioned)

The expected language code for Brazilian Portuguese on Mangadex is pt-br:

gallery-dl is currently doing some "simplifications" of the returned translatedLanguage value, so it displays it only as pt:
