Why a Beta Release?

As mentioned in previous discussions here and here, I've been working on major refactoring to improve maintainability and prepare for future features. This beta allows you to try these improvements while I polish the final release.

Important

It is recommended to update to v2.20.0 as soon as possible if you are not interested in beta versions. Old update system will automatically install any latest version including beta.

If you accidently installed beta version and want to go back, copy bookmark.json.old and history.json.old from appdata folder, remove .old and move them to original version.

How to Get the Beta

• Download the beta/pre-release release from GitHub Releases
• To continue receiving beta updates, enable the beta update channel in settings after installation

How to migrate data from stable version to beta (portable versions)

• Before launching Yomikiru, copy userdata folder from app's location to new one.
• Anyway to port over the read status from v2.19.6 | 32-bit portable to v2.19.7 | 64-bit portable? #408
