Summary

Add new content in demo data tool, so that a user that can update internal descriptions of row/column/report definitions (where empty).

Financial reporting setup for North American CoA:

• Install built-in row definitions (overwrite existing)
• Install built-in row definitions (only add new)
• Install built-in report definitions (overwrite existing)
• Install built-in report definitions (only add new)
