Update VSCode to 1.103 stable.
Version: 1.103.0 (system setup)

Have version 1.8.15 of vscode-mdx (unifiedjs.vscode-mdx) installed. I have not tested other versions of the extension.
Attempted the code snip from the referenced github issue on VSCode's repo, but also any TypeScript file has the issue.
Hover over anything that should have an expandable type.
Actual behavior
The hover that displays looks like VSCode has always looked prior to 1.103 stable.
Expected behavior
The hover should now be expandable with VSCode 1.103's new expandable hovers functionality.
