I've found something that looks pretty close (most of the rules match) and is actively maintained that I'm going to recommend people roll over to. https://github.com/vue-a11y/eslint-plugin-vuejs-accessibility

@maranran if you don't have the time to maintain this, would you mind deprecating this package and sending people to the alternative?
