ElevenLabs Plugin - Support apply_text_normalization

Exposes the apply_text_normalization API parameter as applyTextNormalization option.

Description

Adds 2 lines to the ElevenLabs TTS plugin, enabling the apply_text_normalization speech generation option.

Changes Made

• Added optional parameter applyTextNormalization to TTSOptions, enforcing values 'on', 'off', and 'auto'.
• Pass applyTextNormalization option value to ElevenLabs TTS API as auto_text_normalization parameter.
