mainline 5.3-rc3: usb not working in otg mode #295

Hi guys,
I haven't known where to write.
I'm writing dts to support some a13 and a31s tablets and I'm having some issues with usb.
When i set dr_mode = "otg"; the usb port is not working, it's only for charging, there's no detection of connected devices in dmesg.
U-Boot have no trouble with detecting devices, but linux doesn't detect them.
When i set it to host it works as it should, but I can't charge my tablets when powered on - my /sys/class/power_supply/axp2xx-usb/online is 0 even if connected to charger.
The same thing happens for sun6i and sun5i based tablet.
