SaunaFS v5.3.0

This release was also supposed to come out even sooner to compensate the previous release time, but as usual there were some issues that needed to be solved first. Still, it's slightly sooner than our monthly release ;)

Most important was fixing an issue with replica goals failing writes due to disconnected errors. This error appears in 5.2.0 as well. More technical information here: #626

IMPORTANT INFO:

• We advise people who use replica goals to upgrade from 5.2.0 immediately to 5.3.0. While we thought of patching 5.2.0 as well, due to the amount of changes in chunkserver, this proved infeasible.
• The Ganesha plugin from v5.3.0 now requires Ganesha v7.1. This is currently not provided by our repositories (though we plan perhaps to include it in the future) and you will need to compile Ganesha 7.1 for Ubuntu 24.04/22.04 to use it. 5.2.0 version of the Ganesha plugin will continue to work with the older Ganesha version and newer SaunaFS versions.
• The bug described here was fixed, however the documentation hasn't been updated yet. You will need to upgrade both client and master to v5.3.0 to have this fix. It should also be generally more performant to list the trash files.
• We changed some of the default parameters for chunkserver config (see here). We do not believe this will reduce performance and expect a performance increase in general. However, if you experience performance decreases, please let us know.
