[MINOR][TEST] switch from 2.4.1 to 2.4.2 in HiveExternalCatalogVersionsSuite

## What changes were proposed in this pull request?

update `HiveExternalCatalogVersionsSuite` to test 2.4.2, as 2.4.1 will be removed from Mirror Network soon.
