Add resizing and dragging events

Implement onDrugging and onResizing events for drag and drop addon.

• You might want to get 86115ba this commit into a separate branch and write a commit message as per guidelines.
• A story using these events might be helpful, e.g. you could use the events to disable resize/draggable dynamically without re-rendering the DOM.
• Resolve merge conflicts
