Maybe remove g:minisnip_trigger?

There is no real reason for this setting, I think. If people want a different mapping they can already do:

imap <C-a> <Plug>(minisnip)
smap <C-a> <Plug>(minisnip)

Biggest downside of removing it is backward compatibility. Advantage of removing it is making minisnip more "mini".

The only problem I see is that there is no way to determine what is the mapping for fallback in <plug>(minisnip)
