Show Badges in Sidebar

Description

It would be great if the Badges could also be shown as status dots in the sidebar. As of Storybook 6.2 this should be possible via renderLabel storybookjs/storybook#13121

Describe the solution you'd like

The first badge should be shown next to the label in the sidebar. I think just a dot with the Badge color should be enough.

Maybe having the option to configure how many badges should be shown or configuring if a Badge should never be shown in the sidebar would be great to.
