Embed Subtitles into Media Files?

Would it be possible to add an option to embed downloaded/found lyrics directly into the audio file itself (e.g., .m4a or .mp3) instead of only saving them as external .lrc files?

Embedding lyrics would make tracks more portable and self-contained, especially when moving files between devices or players that support embedded synced lyrics.

Ideally, this could be a toggle (per download or as a global setting), while keeping the current external .lrc behavior as the default.

Is this technically feasible ?
