In the latest version you now have to enter "edit" mode in order to actually re-arrange a playlist.
This on its own is pretty cumbersome.
But now you even need to actively click the "Save and replace" button afterwards.
And then it gives you this scary warning:
Save and replace
Manual edits are not recommended for large playlists. Are you sure you accept the risk of data loss incurred by overwriting the existing playlist?
Is this another Navidrome limitation?
My usecase for those interested:
Every friday I automatically generate a playlist of all the new music that came out that day (New music friday) and then I listen to it a few times that week. The playlists generated vary from 250 to 500 songs.
Every time I hear a song I like, I move it up the playlist. After a while the best songs are at the top.
