Add beta releases in Github release

Hey @jeffvli could you add the beta releases as github releases? Also would be nice to have beta release tags on github.
Right now it is hard to follow the beta releases in the github repo.

@mihawk90 oh my bad i didnt see 1.0.1-beta1, it is indeed now in the releases section. However i cant find 1.0.0-beta.x if i scroll through the releases section.
But thank you if from now on they appear in releases it is perfect!

Draft releases are not visible to anyone either.

@mihawk90 that s not true they are visible if you go into releases. at least you always get the beta releases on github

Draft Releases are only visible to the repository owner and select contributors, that's the entire point of a draft release. They can be drafted while not being public, to write release notes and whatever else one might want to do without anyone seeing it.

If you don't believe me, test it out, it's not exactly rocket science to verify (hint: private windows exist).

What you might be referring to is Pre-releases, which is not the same as a draft, and the betas are/were already marked as such.

@mihawk90 oh yes you right never thought of that as i always look at then on my repos ...
OK not easy then.
still really not good to have releases disappear. for people like me who came after and did not find the release nor the changelog it seems weird.
maybe move them to discussion (with a link explaining) so that they can still be found
