Release with #177 #183

Hey, I have been facing issues compiling the library on Mac because of the -mpopcnt. If you'd like I could go into details and steps to reproduce but it maybe still don't work to install the library within an Homebrew formula (because the cc has weird behaviors).
However, I have tested against the latest commit of the repo 01857ea and it works. I'm guessing because of #177. If I'm not wrong there's hasn't been a fix release with this patch, would you please be able to make one? In the mean time I'm pinning a fork of the library.
Latest version still doesn't compile, but #177 fixes my problem.
