when i run input file for CRANE, a MOOSE based app, i get below error.

Options:
  --allow-test-objects                              Register test objects and syntax.

You will have to edit CraneApp.C and replace ModulesApp::registerAll with ModulesApp::registerAllObjects<CraneApp>. Then rebuild.
