Everything is possible in MOOSE.
You might just need to update the material to take a variable or a material property for an input hydrogen concentration

this looks reasonable except for

    bottom_left = '0 0 0'
    top_right = '2.2225 25.4 -2.2225'

-2.2 < 0 so this it can't be that way for top right and bottom left
