This is one the biggest releases so far!

Highlights

• Windows-ready binaries – both qq and qa now understand Windows shells (cmd.exe and PowerShell!), stream agent command output live, and the release script produces tarballs for x86_64/aarch64 Windows targets alongside macOS/Linux builds.
• Streaming-first UX – qq streams formatted responses by default (toggle with --no-stream)
• CLI coding tools as LLM backend – new codex and claude profiles let you reuse ChatGPT or Claude subscriptions without extra API spend. This one is huge!
• Fine-grained controls – per-run --temperature, profile-level defaults, and configurable timeouts keep runs predictable even on slower providers.
