Expand blockstream acceptance test workflow coverage #12296
Description
Problem
Due to lack of latest blockstream spec support, the acceptance test case coverage for blockstream in our workflow is limited to the set of known working tests.
As blockstream spec support in importer matures, we want to enable more acceptance tests, ideally to the same level as record stream.
Solution
Run latest importer with blocks from block node in a solo cluster, enable additional test cases based on the result. Note it depends on 0.142.0-rc1, or we need to update the workflow to run main images for PRs targeting the main branch.
