Added a feature to enable inserting page breaks (#386).
rowBreaksarray into worksheet data structure.addPageBreak().Note: there are 2 args to
addPageBreak()but I was unable to get them working satisfactorily, so I did not document the args (needed to move on).brktag androwBreakstag.rowBreakstests.
