Summary

sync messages.proto and rpc.proto with Rusty-Kaspa, adding C# namespace and mass field
regenerate gRPC stubs to expose RpcTransaction.Mass
migrate Kaspa RPC client code to new KaspadRequest/RPCClient API
reorder wallet and node RPC fields in payout handler to resolve merge conflict

Testing

dotnet build src/Miningcore/Miningcore.csproj (fails: 'uint64_t' has not been declared)
