Description

SelfAttestedFRR and SelfAttestedFAR should be doubles as according to the spec specified at https://fidoalliance.org/specs/mds/fido-metadata-statement-v3.0-ps-20210518.html#biometricaccuracydescriptor-dictionary

This causes parsing the fido2 metadata blob to fail when unmarshalling it.

Reproduction

Download the fido2 metadata blob, attempt to unmarshal the token claims into a metadata.PayloadJSON object.
