Search with suggestions as you type

I have configured my search widget like this:

        {
          "search-engine": "https://search.mimas.internal.nobbz.dev/search?q={QUERY}",
          "type": "search"
        }

This works, in the way that searches are issued correctly and displayed on my searxng instance. Though when I use the searchbar of my searxng instance I get suggestions as I type, and I would like to see this behaviour in the glance dashboard as well, is there a way to achieve that? I haven't seen anything in the documentation.

The search suggest usually requires a separate endpoint and it may be different for each search engines.

SearxNG I believe uses /autocompleter?q={QUERY} so it would need to have a separate configuration.

And some search engines may not offer that endpoint at all.

How would that "seperate configuration" look like?

And yes, I am aware that some searchengines simply do not offer suggestions. In those cases one simply doesn't configure it, or am I missing something?

It does not exist in Glance in the first place. But I personally would prefer it to be a property for search widget that takes a url endpoint regardless of what search-engine is selected. So even if you have a brave search as search-engine, you can choose duckduckgo as suggestion (assuming they have one)

Oh, so its more like a feature suggestion, rather than a solution to my problem. I see.
