Changes Section refactor

The changes section doesn't feel good right now.

Git workflow

• I don’t want to open a PR immediately after making changes. I want to commit and push first, then create a PR after a couple commits.
• I also often want to start with a draft PR before a normal PR
• The “Create PR” button should update based on git status
  • Example: after committing but before pushing, the UI should say “Push commit”

Header redundancy
The “X files changed” header is redundant since the file list already shows this.

Recent commits
There’s no quick way to see recent commits. Add a lightweight, easily accessible view.

Post‑commit
After committing, the changes view goes blank. There’s no indication that I just made and committed changes. It can be very confusing.

I'm not really sure what the solution is here. Maybe:

• Change the Create PR button into a dropdown with: Commit & Push, Draft PR, Create PR. And dynamically select which option is shown to the user based on git status
• Replace “X files changed” with “X commits” (a clickable button to view all commits)
• Some kind of toggle that switches the view between all changes and uncommited changes

Also when remote is ahead, change button to pull, to pull latest changes from remote
