The latest version of sharp adds support for AVIF by default.
This PR upgrades sharp to 0.27.0 and enables AVIF support in the
gatsbyImageDataresolver. Canary is available by installinggatsby-plugin-sharp@avif gatsby-plugin-image@avif gatsby-transformer-sharp@avif. You can use it by passingformats={["auto", "webp", "avif"]}to StaticImage, orformats: [AUTO, WEBP, AVIF]to gatsbyImageData.This upgrades the cypress image to latest Chrome so that AVIF is supported
