Any way to disable all kinds of autocomplete suggestions - while I type, in a txt file?

lazydev has nothing todo with text files or autocompletion

Maybe you or somebody could point me in the right direction on setting up lsp, cmp, blink or even vim parameters.

edit:
In a clean, small vim setup this doesn't happen.
But I get those popup suggestions from buffer content, cmd line options while I type although lsp in unconnected and cmp is disabled.

LIKE I SAID, lazydev is NOT responsible for autocompletion.
How much clearer can I be??
