it says luarocks is missing

update without luarocks

@folke I think this is an issue with how lazy.nvim is filtering rockspec dependencies, see mrcjkb/rustaceanvim#894 (comment).

Fixed. I didn't parse the dependency properly. It expected whitespace after the package name.

It is now stuck in “needs build”. Is that expected?

You'll have to remove rustacean.nvim (press x in lazy) and restart neovim
