Impact of adding this package to the Flatcar OS image

The package improves on the following core values:

• Secure by default
• Always up to date
• Improve container experience
• Operate at scale / automation / telemetry

The package will increase the image size by: 56 MBytes.

How might this package increase the attack surface:

• Nomad uses ports 4646 (TCP), 4647 (TCP), and 4648 (TCP & UDP) to work.
• Nomad can execute arbitrary programs and runs as root or as a privileged process in most cases.

Benefits of adding this package
More orchestration choices besides Kubernetes.
