Help with admin pw

Quick preface, I do not know a lot about the inner workings of containers - just what I could quickly learn setting up my NAS (ugreen) and installing a few containers.
So far I love this image - I just want to be able to continue using it - but when I try to log in now I can not get the admin pw to work.
Below are the logs when I start the container. I can not get past the admin pw screen. I've uninstalled it, removed everything, reinstalled it - and still the same. I CAN install and run on my PC just fine, the license is recognized and I can start and run worlds, just can't do it on my NAS.
Is this the permission issue getting me? I'm reaching out seeing if someone has dealt with this before and can either point me in the right direction or give me a hand.
