…when we're unable to map scalar types. Also added Buffer => GraphQLByte scalar as built in.

Currently whenever we run introspection when we find things we don't support we stop the whole process and complain.
The goal now is to make the introspection process succeed and simply omit the relationships and/or entities we don't support. This PR is the start of this work.
