Bug: On deleting the External helm app, getting internal Server error #5792

When navigated on the any external app, and then deleting that external app by using the GUI delete option or the doing the same by cli, we are gettig internal server error
👟 Reproduction steps
install any app using helm cli on any cluster
Navigate to any external app from helm app dashboard
Select the delete option from Gui or delete the same app using cli
Stay for 30 seconds there, internal server errror will appear .
👍 Expected behavior
It shoud give something like the App not found or resource not found 404
👎 Actual Behavior
showing internal Server Error

✅ Proposed Solution
TO fix this, i used the previous handling state of the same like internal app state.
