if any task fails in pre/post CI/CD we are considering that we have no artifcats to download.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Create one application with pre-post ci-cd.
2. In the Particular task add fail condition and when task fails it is not showing artifacts.

👍 Expected behavior

We should have artifacts in that case.

👎 Actual Behavior

Artifacts are not present.
