The cron to update application status fails in case you hibernate an application from heathy state or vice versa.
👟 Reproduction steps
UseCase :
Due to certain reasons I need to hibernate all of my consumer applications. I have 100+ consumer apps. Once I've hibernated all of the consumer apps via application groups I want to make sure if all of them are successfully hibernated. There is no way from devtron to know that as going inside each application (so that app details api gets hit and application status updates) in not possible.
