I would like the function dependency graphs to recognize functions called with lapply

I noticed a lot of missing edges in one of my packages, and suspect that this is because the dependencies graph does not recognize when functions are called with lapply. 

I wouldn't mind helping to implement if you could point me to where this would be done, and any suggestions would be appreciated.
