[Enhancement]: Add support for mistral agents through api.mistral.ai/v1/conversations

An integration of mistral ai agents would enable access to premium tools like "Premium news" and others.

Use case

An admin would be able to configure an agent on https://console.mistral.ai/build/agents with premium tools and get an agent_id back which is configured within librechat.yaml. Librechat users are now able to use websearch, premium news etc. and an admin only has to create/configure one online account.

Current behaviour

Currently there is no support for agent_id like configuration and the endpoint api.mistral.ai/v1/conversations is not found within the code base - its not working

Currently not planned as we are working on our own API

Politely requesting again. Tried some stuff even tried openwebui for a bit, all without complete satisfaction. A working european llm service with inkcluded websearch without hours of trial and error as a "just works" principle would be nice. Also if implementing a paid cloudservice needs to be acked on a per service base, a single service is a lot less of a hassle than discuss multiple search/ranking/etc domains. Even harder if only european services are allowed.
