New Repository Structure

Hi everyone,

as you might have noticed, we restructured a bit. With @antmedellin s submodule coming in we were discussing submodules in general and came to the conclusion, that it would be better to have a seperate repo for the SDK and then create other repos for the different applications. Those should then link the SDK as a submodule, as well as other submodules, like @antmedellin s Hypertools.
