NVM cannot find installed node js?

Hi,
I am new in Nodejs, and nvm, but I need to switch between different version of node (because I have project with different version). So I uninstall node js, deleted directories (I did everything which is in Installation & Upgrades), then I installed nvm, then run cmd as admin, typed nvm install 15.0.0, 15.9.0, but when I type nvm use 15.0.0 or 15.9.0, I have this err...
