note license in github and readme #6

Description

@yourhead

if the project.json is correct then this project is licensed under ISC. and this is a killer feature (if correct) since pm2 is under the GPL and thus not able to be used by commercial projects.

sometimes i just need the pm2 basics -- a simple production process manager -- but within a commercial project. this script often fits the bill.

i considered adding a pull request for this -- but was not certain you intended the project.json's license info as THE license for this whole project. so i figured i'd file it here -- and if you wanted to go the GPL route you could just delete this bug, add whatever license you wanted and … no harm no foul … no one would know the difference. :-)

or you could add a license file and show off the benefits to this very nice bit of work.

good luck
