I searched on youtube and I found the solution.

1- extract zip file and copy it.
2- enter this addres in the file explorer "C:\Users\REPLACE_THIS_WITH_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\4.0\scripts\addons"
3- choose your version and choose "scripts", "addons"
4- paste the folder here
