This is a GitHub Action update the versions and links in you changelog file. As outlined in the Keep a Changelog standard.
Create a CHANGELOG.md file in the root of your repository, and add the following content:
# Changelog
All notable changes to this project will be documented in this file.
The format is based on [Keep a Changelog](https://keepachangelog.com/en/1.0.0/),
and this project adheres to [Semantic Versioning](https://semver.org/spec/v2.0.0.html).
## [Unreleased]As you add features, bug fixes, or other changes to your project, you can use this action to update the changelog.
Then you can use this action in your workflow to read this file:
