The latest 3.0.x GitHub release is 3.0.6, though tags exist up through 3.0.9

@agaudreault yea trying to fix goreleaser resulted in the images being built without the release notes being published.

What if we just go ahead and push a 3.0.10 with a note that 3.0.7-3.0.9 were duds?
