This could really use some tests to demonstrate what the expected behavior is. I don't have a way to test this against real IdPs, unfortunately.

IdpEntityIdReader will be able to handle three SAML message types (Logout Request, Logout Response, and Authentication Response), making the Single Log-Out flow functional.
